Fleet Feet Sports is committed to building a healthy community through partnering with local businesses to provide free 30 or 60 minute seminars covering various health related topics. These can be scheduled as breakfast or evening presentations too!
General Fitness Presentation is a brief overview of three basic concepts: Components of a successful exercise program, essential exercise equipment, and proper running/walking form. The hour long presentation includes prevention and treatment of common walking/running injuries.
Essential Running and Walking Equipment is a thorough discussion about proper footwear, apparel and other equipment necessary for comfort and maximum success.
Team Walks/Runs We will come out to lead your team on a 2 to 5 mile walk or run. Let us map out a course from your office and lead the way. We will give a brief overview of good form before the event. Participants must agree to sign a waiver before joining this group.
Nutrition Advice Let our team discuss the importance of eating healthy especially during exercise!
Recovery/Injury Prevention We can bring a variety of injury prevention tools and tools we use for recovery. We do demonstrations and can also provide a variety of sessions, depending on what each member is looking for!
