Ready to run a Half or Full marathon this Spring?  

Training with Fleet Feet (July 29th- November 3rd)

  • 14 Week Program
    • Half Marathon training
    • Run/Walk, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Plans
    • Pace groups for all levels
  • Tuesday (Lincoln) 6:00 PM and Wednesday (Omaha) 6:30 PM Coached Workouts
    • Speed workouts to match your pace and ability
    • All levels to push the limits and make you stronger
  • Thursday Cross Training 
    •  Virtual cross training 
    • Weekly workouts 
    • Run specific strength training 
  • Saturday Morning supported long runs 7 AM (both Omaha and Lincoln) 
    • Locations vary
    • Different pace groups
    • Demo nutrition
    • Water stops provided
  • Griddle Grind (Lincoln & Omaha)
    • Once a month FREE pancakes
    • Enjoy a supported long run

  • Recommended running base before training
    • Half Marathon- 10 miles a week and a 3-mile run/walk
    • Full Marathon- 20 miles a week and a 6-mile run
