  • 14 Week Program
    • Half Marathon and Full Marathon training
    • Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Plans
    • Pace groups for all levels
  • Tuesday (Lincoln) 6PM and Wednesday (Omaha) 6:30PM Coached Workouts
    • Speed workouts to match your pace and ability
    • All levels to push the limits and make you stronger
  • Thursday Cross Training
    • In store cross training
    • 30 minutes of HIT training 
    • Lead by personal trainer Sarah Madsen 
  • Saturday Morning supported long runs 7 AM (both Omaha and Lincoln) 
    • Locations vary
    • Different pace groups
    • Demo nutrition
    • Water stops provided
  • Griddle Grind with Brooks (Lincoln & Omaha)
    • Once a month FREE pancakes
    • Chat with the monthly doctor
    • Enjoy a supported long run
