Ready to run a Half or Full marathon this Spring?  

Training with Fleet Feet (January 28th- May 5th)

  • 14 Week Program
    • Half Marathon and Full Marathon training
    • Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Plans
    • Pace groups for all levels
  • Tuesday (Lincoln) 6:00 PM and Wednesday (Omaha) 6:00 PM Coached Workouts
    • Speed workouts to match your pace and ability
    • All levels to push the limits and make you stronger
  • Thursday Cross Training 6:15 PM
    •  LINCOLN- Madonna Proactive group cross training
    • OMAHA- Lakeside Wellness Center 
  • Madonna Proactive Gym Membership (Lincoln)
    • $15 Membership
    • Unlimited access to Madonna Proactive 
    • Cross Training on Thursdays at 6:15 PM
  • Lakeside Wellness Center
    • 12 Punch Card with full facility access 
    • Cross Training on Thursdays at 6:00 PM
  • Saturday Morning supported long runs 7 AM (both Omaha and Lincoln) 
    • Locations vary

    • Omaha- 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet (January 9th, 16th, and 23rd)
    • Lincoln- 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet (January 8th, 15th, and 22nd) 
  • $50 for Spring Training
  • $65 for Spring Training AND Madonna Membership (Lincoln Only)
  • Recommended running base before training
    • Half Marathon- 10 miles a week and a 3-mile run/walk
    • Full Marathon- 20 miles a week and a 6-mile run
