  • Thursday Cross-Training 6:30 PM
    •  Madonna Proactive group cross-training 
    • Strength training for runners
    • Strength, mobility, and injury prevention
  • Madonna Proactive Gym Membership INCLUDED
    • Full access to Madonna Proactive 
      • treadmills, indoor track, aqua track, weights, and so much more
  • Saturday Morning supported long runs 7:00 AM

    • Full Marathon- 20 miles a week and a 6-mile run
