Join us for our FIRST EVER Winter Warriors Group!

THURSDAY'S 6:30 - 7:30PM

November 8th - January 3rd 

We all can encourage each other to start or keep exercising, eating healthy, and staying focused on a goal during the holidays!

GAME PLAN:
First and Last day you will weigh in with our Dietitian, Angie (learn more about Angie below). She will work with you and help you set a goal for the program. You will all be encouraged to workout for 3 days each week during the program for 30 minutes. This can be walking, running, working out at a gym, videos, etc.  You will also be able to determine a weight loss goal with Angie, if you choose! Every week we will be meeting with various health professionals that will help guide you on a path to a healthy lifestyle. We will also have a Facebook accountability group for everyone in the program including Angie, our group Dietitian to help answer any questions and to encourage each other along the way! Everyone that signs up will also get a shirt at the end of the class for participating! 

The program will be $20
